Founded by Stephen Dilks in 2010.
Stephen has 27 years theoretical and practical experience in the design, development, testing and manufacture of rubber and thermoplastic hose, quick- release couplings and hose connectors working alongside global OEMs and distribution within all sectors of the global fluid power industry. 14 of these years was spent at Europower Hydraulics the latter few years managing R&D and Engineering providing cost effective solutions for global OEMs including: Komatsu, Case New Holland, Ingersoll Rand, Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift trucks and Volvo.
A BFPA/TC 4 technical expert since 1999 who undertakes peer review and Expert Witness work along with the auditing of hose and couplings manufacturing facilities.
Qualifications: MSc: Manufacturing: Management and Technology (title of dissertation, ’improving the efficiency in the manufacture of high pressure multi-spiral hose assemblies’) BSc (Hons).
Delivered training to over 3,500 delegates.
